We made it out the Columbia Glacier last week. I think we are finally done with fieldwork for this season. The glacier continues to change dramatically - the main branch retreated about 1.2 km over the last 12 months. We were able to swap all the memory cards and download the GPS data without to many hiccups. We replaced the plexiglass at AK10, wired the second solar panel into the battery bank at Great Nunatak, and raised the camera position at Divider. Hopefully we can get some money to get out there again next year...
