Our primary weather station out at Wolverine Glacier went down on December 12th. We have also been getting a lot of snow this fall. We scrambled to combine an early stake extension trip with weather station repair. We made it out there on December 20th, the second shortest day this year. It was a really beautiful day for all 5 hrs 28 minutes of it. Fortunately everything went really well, and we were able to get the weather station transmitting and extend all of the stakes on the upper glacier.
